Toast with cheese and ham or cereal for breakfast. Then a waffle or something sweet, then something ready-made for lunch, or I'll cook something sweet myself. And then something sweet again for dinner. And for dinner, cereal or toast with cheese and ham, and usually something sweet at the end, washed down with a Coke.
