It's definately true that weight gain begets more weight gain. I've been gaining actively on and off since I was about 14, am now 21, and everytime I reached a goal I knew I had to gain more because the experience of getting fatter is almost as good as the fat itself!

I definately know what you're talking about man!

I'm finding that weight gaining is addictive. Since I'm past the 210-lb. mark, I am finding myself eating a whole lot of food and enjoying my larger size. Can't wait until I reach the next plateau.

It's only an addiction if you want to stop and can't.

Not sure if it is and addiction, or just an overwhelming urge to eat and eat until I can't eat any more. There is great joy in gorging on good food.

Sometimes I feel compelled to gain weight and grow.

So you don't want to stop? Then it's not an addiction.

I go through phases of wanting to gain and wanting to stay or even lose some, but the gaining side usually wins eventually smiley
