Dramatic gains anyone?

I think for most starting off thin, it helps to have a smaller short term goal first. For me I started thin and set the goal as 200. However, now that I am approaching that milestone, I know I won't be stopping there! For now, it's at least 250 but 300 may be in my future smiley. That would be doubling my weight. smiley

So it's discouraging when you've been stuffing all week and find out that you actually loose weight or gained only one pound. That's why I think it's better to set short time goal, even if your long time goal is to be 400lbs or more.

Besides, there's some people who may have second thoughts after gaining and decide to loose it all...
