I was surrounded with country music growing up, that's all the majority of my family listens to. So I did actually have to listen to it from time to time.
I've always had an ecclectic taste in music, I don't really hate any genre *well maybe Hip-Hop...hopefully I'll never start liking that...* But I did go from being mostly neutral on the subject of Country to enjoying it a lot, and not just the Legend that is Johnny Cash.
