Are you giving advice or want it? Well, everyone's body is different. The way I do it is:
Spending weekends gorging, seeing how much I can stuff in my belly at one time and then snacking afterward once the initial bloat goes down - I'm sure if I did it more often I'd be much more plump
Lack of sleep - usually only get between 4 - 6 per night
Add in the occasional hot fudge sundae during the week
Lack of strenous exercise
And, STRESS - I put on a little over 40 lbs in a year just because of this, lack of sleep, snacking, and lack of exercise...if I had added binging, I'm sure I would have added another 20 or 30 lbs to that mark
