and you forgot your own rules of making a question lol

LOL xD, I'll ask one for her then.

In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Hermione placed a spell on the parchement that all the members of the DA signed at their first meeting in the HogsHead. What were the consequences of this spell should anyone reveal the nature and meeting place of the DA?

The word SNEAK would be spelled out on the betrayer's face with pimples. haha. Hermione is BOSS.

Who, and in what book, is the Room of Requirement first mentioned?

That depends on what answer you want. It was first mentioned by Albus Dumbledore in Goblet of Fire. When he mentioned that he once stumbled across a room filled with bed-pans.

Or! When Dobby called it the "Come and Go Room" in Order of the Phoenix.

New Question:

What were the circumstances that lead to Ariana Dumbledore's death?

Ariana was killed in the crossfires of a duel between friends (and most likely lovers) Dumbledore and Grindewald, I believe. Dumbledore won the duel, gaining the Elder Wand in the process.

New Question:
What is the name of the band on the poster in Ginny's room (seen in the 7th book, not in the movies)

Sorry but you're only about 1/3 right. That duel took place many years after Ariana's death. When Albus Dumbledore had made himself one of the most well known Wizards in Britain and Gellert Grendelwald had made a name for himself by becoming the most feared Dark Lord in centuries.

Ginny's poster said "Weird Sisters" if I'm not mistaken by the way.

As to Witchy's question:

This either refers to the memory of Tom Riddle's manipulation of his uncle Morphin's memory so that he could obtain the ring *which was set with the Resurection Stone* OR The memory of him murdering Hepzebah Smith to gain the Locket of Slytherin and the Goblet of Hufflepuff. Afterwards he manipulated the memory of Hepzebah's servant a house-elf named Hokie so she would believe she had inadvertantly poisoned her master.

My new question.

During Harry's trial in book 5 who did Professor Dumbledore call to be his star witness for Harry's defense, and was this person's testimony effective?

oh feck I forgot a question

The numbers around the edge of the fake galleons made by Hermione and created for the DA signify what?

The numbers were a false serial ID, all of the galleons were linked to a master galleon in Harry's possession by the Protean charm, which Hermione masterfully enchanted them with. Harry could change the numbers on his own galleon and then each of the other linked galleons would reflect that change. It was used to set times for the DA to meet.

Now, my question.

What "unique" decorations did Dobby put in the Room of Requirement on the day of the last meeting of the DA before Christmas Holiday?

Dumbledore knew where to find the cave because when he first met Tom Riddle face to face it had been revealed to him that the boy had tormented two other children inside the cave. Or, if you're looking for how he actually found the entrance; he "sensed" the residual magic that Voldemort used to conceal the doorway.

Now, my question.

What apparently was Kreacher the House-Elf's most treasured Black family heirloom, other than the portrait of Madam Black?

The locket of Salazar Slytherin which was given to him by Regulus Black, thye one he considered his master and was fiercely loyal to even after his death

In Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, whose parents wanted to remove their children from Hogwarts?

While technically correct, Witchy, I was actually looking for the portrate of Bellatrix Lestrange. It was found by Hermione in his "nesting area" in the middle of something resembling a make-shift shrine.

And Lupinz, as for your question.

I believe that would be Andromeda Tonks, she was removed from the family tree for marrying Theodore Tonks who is a muggle-born.
