Gaining

Honestly, I find it a bit offensive. It's using humiliation and body shaming to sell a product, for one, but it's straight up fat shaming. It mocks people who have a bit of extra weight- let alone those who would be even bigger.

"It's commonly accepted that we're okay to humiliate, so it's not a big deal."

It's still insulting and furthers the idea that this sort of dehumanizing commentary is okay.

I just started hearing similar radio ads.
