Well... I just got to that point and I think it's just that kind of limit when belly just can't stretch as far as it used to and now it will take more time to stretch it more.
well i know how to do this i been a teacher of this for 9 years give or take but well when you feel full or can't take anymore stop and then just rest and when that fades do it a few more times and each time you hold more with time and pratice you will get to the size you want
