Legal questions?

Only English law I'm afraid and even then only a tiny specialist area. If you post what area of law you need help on, that would probably help people know if they can assist. Non-lawyers might know stuff too (eg. people who work in IT might know a bit about internet copyright issues etc). The law's such a huge subject and so diverse - you don't want to end up with the equivalent of asking your chiropodist about a gynaecological query...

Legal questions?

No, the pics I'm talking about are the ones I've uploaded here. I deleted them a long time ago but they still POP up when you do a image search on Google.

Once you post something on the Internet, it is generally there forever. Posting something, and then claiming it's copywrited doesn't make a difference. You put them there.

I'm not an attorney, but I do share your concerns when it comes to privacy and limiting personal information on the web.

Regarding content searchable on Google, the following links might be helpful:

One thing I know for certain is once you post an image or text on the web, it's almost impossible to completely remove. After all, the web is global.

Think about search engines and servers in China and other countries that don't have copyright laws like the United States. Even here it's almost impossible to stop piracy.

The recording industry still can't stop pirated movies and music from being illegally downloaded millions of times each day.

Good luck in your endeavor.

Legal questions?

Not to sound like a dick but, when you post pics/vids on the internet, you are asking for everyone in the world to be able to see them, all the time, anytime...

It's really user fault and the sites have to do nothing about this
