and thirdly because it is cheaper and i have a very high metabolisim and if i ate junk all the time i would be poor
I definetly disagree with this, healthy food is soooo much more expensive than unhealthy food, that is why low income areas are more likely to have a high percent of overweight citizens than higher income areas.
I remember one time working in the city and only having $5 to buy lunch with and looking everywhere for something healthy but all the salads, sushi, rolls etc. were atleast $7-10 so I had to settle for a whopper burger for $4.95 because it was literally the only thing that would fill me up and I could afford.
also the other day I bought a big whole watermleon and it cost me 20$ !!!!! I could have bought 10 x 2$ bags of chips for that ! and at Mcdonalds the other day I noticed salads are like 9$ yet a burger is $5
and not even starting on all the 1$ deals at mcdonalds, I mean you get get a cheeseburger and small fries for $2, what else could you get for that price that would fill you up that much ?
bit of a rant but juat really annoys me when they go on and on about the obesity crisis and how were all such drains on the health care system yet a watermelon costs $20 pppfttt what a joke
