I hope this is what you mean by submitting. I have attached a drawing of mutual weight gain. Our couple have ballooned during their relationship.

Once you have written a "post" such as a reply. You can open it again and there should be the "paperclip" icon, click on that and it will open up a window where you can browse your files for you picture.
