Some of the things are always count on having to buy new and bigger clothes and not to mention pay more for them too. Expect a higher grocery bill. Definitely count on not being able to fit into furniture, rides at parks and state fairs. Looks from people both good and bad. Expect neverending hunger. I am not going to say any of the health issues
