it depends,if the feedee or foodee be alone yes best thing is sleeping afterward but if there is a partner then sex would be the best answer lol

I always sleep propped up, and when I'm stuffed that still works alright. But sleeping on my side is definitely more comfortable when I'm particularly engorged.
