I don't think they really exist, outside of using a funnel.

Maybe one day some scientists and engineers with an interest in feederism can make one.

I have heard that there are feeding machines for feeding people in comas, but that it wouldn't work for force feeding.

I don't know why it wouldn't though.

I would guess when you're conscious the gag reflex would kick in.
