Skip breakfast
Eat huge lunch
Graze your way to dinner on snacks
Eat huge dinner
Graze your way through the evening on snacks
Eat another dinner or leftovers
Sleep
Repeat every single day. Being a little lazy helps. Eating lots of carbs and fruits also helps a bit. Dont go crazy purely on junk food, but definately a few times a week, lots of milkshakes on the side.
