Hitting the wall

You have to do what's good for you. If you don't feel like going on with your gain is for you, then you shouldn't feel you have to. However, if it's just like an attack of conscience I'd suggest taking some time to weigh your options. If you'll forgive the metaphor.

Think for a while about what you think your ideal body looks like, and then ask yourself if you're there yet. Or if you need to pull back and lose weight to get to it. There's no sense in cycling up and down through weights.

Hitting the wall

Create a habit of over eating. Even if you only eat once a day, or even every other day, the most important part is to just eat as much as possible when you do eat. Over time these meals will naturally come more and more frequently.
