What's the trick? Im not really into beer bellies, I like the soft flabby kind like this. What kind of foods are excercises even can help with it? And am I the only one that feels this way? lol Any info is appreciated.
I think a lot is genetics, that you cannot do much about. Some is probably testosterone levels, which is a mix of genetics, age, and environment. I suspect food and exercise are only minor factors. Sorry.
