Someone pointed out to us recently that C00kie's profile was taken from this website and placed on a dating website called casuals.co.uk without her permission.

We know that it came from this website and not say her Facebook profile because the avatar they copied was only posted here.

Naturally she was quite upset by this and we've asked them to remove it, however the profile was copied in such detail that it made me wonder whether this was an individual person posing has her, or whether it was done by the website owners themselves. It's not inconceivable that a start-up dating website might 'data scrape' a website like this to boost their profile numbers by making a load of fake profiles.

I'd be very interested to know if anyone else has had their profile copied. The link is: casuals.co.uk/

Laughably I've had a reply from a message I sent to her profile on this website, it's not from C00kie herself so who's it from? I'm not going to sign-up to their payment plan to find out!

those kind of sites are a laugh...They let you "SIGN UP" for free...then they charge you to really DO anything.At least here on FF you have a limited access to most of what you can receive as a member.We don't charge JUST for you to answer a message.

I've had someone lift a picture of me from here and use it on a Facebook account. Sam Gainer or Gainer Sam or something like that.

But, I haven't yet seen a full duplication of my profile.
