Many feedees follow this pattern:
1. They gain weight intentionally for awhile and all is well and good.
2. But at some point they get cold feet and decide to lose weight. So they diet, and work out, and lose a bunch of weight.
3. Then--for whatever reason--they change their minds again and go back to gaining.
A couple of people have testified that this regaining experience is more intense than the original gain. One said it was the greatest experience of his life!
So: Have you had a regain of this sort? Was it particularly intense? In what way?
