I have been an encourager for years now. My wife is a bbw and I have had to stay in pretty good shape because of my military affiliation. I just retired this summer from the reserves and I have been letting go. My wife went on a diet and even joined weight watchers. This had an unintented consequence, she ate salads and vegetables while I ate pasta and burgers. I am up to around 210 lbs and enjoying by new bulges!
