1. Half of a Half gallon of plain ice cream
2.Half a box of cake or brownie mix
3. Quart of any kind of milk.
5000-6000+ calories

1.Half gallon of plain ice cream
2.Half Gallon of Skim milk
3.Quart of Heavy Cream
4.One Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
One whole box of cake or brownie mix
5 Hershey Syrup

12000++ calories

The BIG Shake. For someone with big capacity
Same as above except substitute a Whole Gallon of Ice Cream and Whole Milk instead of Skim
24000 calories.

I recommend starting with the small shake and graduating to the 12000 calories shake. Only one person so far could drink and finish the Huge 24000 calories version.

Homemade Mac and Cheese with Buttermilk Butter and Some Heavy Cream to make the sauce. Plus loads of Colby Jack and White Sharp Cheddar baked and melted in.
That's my recommendation for non sweets gaining.

If stovetop mac and Cheese is your thing then do two boxes of Kraft with a big packet of shredded cheese added along with some whole milk butter and maybe some heavy cream.

You're Welcome.
They should work every bit as well for you as some of the incredible lady's I concocted them for.
Here's the cheapest way I know. Not everyone can tolerate the stuff straight. I can't take full credit because one person happened to have a can lying around for baking and thought. Hmmm. What if I chug this? "
Sweetened Condensed Milk from Pet or Carnation or Eagle is 1500 +++ calories per 11 oz can. All very fattening calories.
You can buy cases of the stuff at Costco etc. So if it's not too sweet for any given individual then that person could get 6000 calories in just 44 ounces. Pretty economical way to pack on the pounds. It's Way cheaper than Heavy Cream and less filling with almost the same calories and fat per ounce.

Put the Gallon of Ice Cream out on a counter for 30 minutes or more so it begins to melt. When beginning to mix everything mix up the cake batter separately like you were going to make a cake .Put everything in a clean new bucket and use a hand held mixer until it is nice and free pouring.

I think that it's funny that you said to put it in a bucket....
That being said, I'm gearing up to try one of these, soon. Probably the mid-sized one...

Well for the mid size you could probably get by with a good size container and a blender. But a small bucket with a hand blender would be good for making it all at once. But so would a medium size picnic drinking jug.Like for ice tea.
And notice that I said "clean" and "new" regarding the bucket. smiley
