Dont mention that she has gained weight at first. Simply show her even more soft affection if you have not already being that you cant keep your hands off her new expanding parts.
Then shortly after mention how great she look's lately. More than likely if it is a decent amount of weight gained she knows and she will then say something like in a complaint reply (Based on societies standards of perceived beauty) "that's strange because I have gained a ton of weight" or maybe even tell you that she has just gained 15 Lbs. and she is struggling to fit into any of her clothes.
Then say ...."well I think you look great". Wait for her reaction to gauge how you should approach telling her that you wouldn't mind if she gained even more if it look's this beautiful on her.
