If you mean rounding out at a specific BMI, you must remember that for guys a BMI of 30 is considered obese! For women it is a little higher 31 or 32 I think.
A BMI of 35 or 40 would be morbidly obese to say the least.
I have a BMI of around 30 with a forty-four inch waist.
