I usually just wear pyjamas except in hot weather, then I opt for a tanktop/singlet and boxer shorts.

I've got a very tight-fitting, see-through pajama pants that I love, and usually the shirt is eight one that's really big or only just covers the boobies.

Generally just briefs, during winter maybe socks too. I'll wear sweatpants occasionally but they are generally too warm for me.
