Extreme obesity

Mine started at 190lbs, but it's probably because I'm so short. I'm only 5'1" xD

The first time I gained I never got a hanging belly but after losing and regaining the weight my belly is much bigger than it used to be and I have a huge lower belly so yeah it hangs
