I agree. There is no way three pounds a week can be a maximum. I have put on five pounds in two days, and kept it too. I'm old so gaining is really easy for me, pretty much see food and eat it.
Wow, now that its in perspective.....damn I'm a lucky woman! Probably healthier to go steady too
Yeah, slow gain over time prolongs your enjoyment of the gain too. First half dozen years I was with my wife she gained around 15 pounds a year. Enough that I kept noticing that she was gaining, which was awesome, and over that time she went from a size 12 to finding a size 20 tight! Really adds up over time
