So who here has gained somewhat unintentionally over Christmas?
I know I have, only a small amount but enough to show on my frame, 10 lbs since the start of december, at least 5 lbs this week.
Before my time off work my jeans and shirts were loose from the busy pre-christmas rush (bartender), now I fill them out a little too nicely!
My work day diet is 6 meals a day, lots of fat, carbs and protein, just as fuel. Most of the time I am "thin" but as soon as I take a few weeks off the weight piles on.. Now I have gotten quite out of shape in no time and my belly is back
