A good experimental weight gain goal?

" you didn't gain so much it'd be impossible to lose if you wanted to"

I have never tried to lose any of the weight that I currently have. Would it not be a shocker to try to lose, only to find out you could not?

A good experimental weight gain goal?

I think the previous replies make sense. I tested the waters by packing on 20 lbs. I loved it but lost the weight out of embarrassment, then I repeated gaining 40 and losing. Now I am up 80 and right now I am debating about gaining more smiley You will have to decide what makes sense for you, but my guess is that you won't notice much difference at 10 lbs but maybe at 20 you will.

It should be enough that others notice. At least 12%, maybe 15%.

inevitable:
My experience is that you usually can lose .... but it will eventually come back, plus some.

Also, getting fat(ter) changes your life. You will not understand what is different with 10 lb, or in a few days

So... us feedees, were just more or less cannon fodder for the feeders. No matter, given enough time we will gain. It's only a matter of when. ?
