Gaining

Health risks with rapid weight gain?

From someone who is thinking about maybe speeding up the process of gaining, I noticed we always talk about how there are health risks in rapidly gaining weight.

Anyone want to indulge or share exactly what those are?

I figure diabetes (?), high blood pressure, what else? What if you only rapidly gain say 20 pounds? How would that affect the risks?

Thanks all

No real health problems as such generally.Diabetes and hypertension are health problems of gaining generally (I have both). It's more that your body can't adapt quickly enough to the extra weight,so your back, knees etc will hurt probably and you might get some acid reflux if prone to that.

Strech marks, youre legs can start hurting, back can start huring, and you might also grow out of your clothes, like, your entire wardrobe. Depending on you do it a rapid increase of appetite might also happen, I'm up to double my normal consumption.

Thats just what ive been going through tho
