Finally bit the bullet on a compact home fryer with air filter. What are your go-to fried snacks/meals?
Guac and chips are my wife's fav - but you can never get authentic Mexican restaurant style chips without cutting up the tortillas and frying at home. Going to do some fried pickles, buffalo wings. But don't want this to become another thing that just sits in the cupboard.
