I've seen a few but they are of incredibly low quality.

Fat Princess is the only one that I know of. Ofcourse that's a female feedee and not a male so it's kinda biased.
Any other feederism related sims.games or other related?

Back before 2006, FF had they own feedee game. no idea what even happen to it. There were other feed her game back then too that you could play online for free.

When i was a kid i had a playstation one wwf game that let you design your own characters. You could get them pretty fat, both male and female. I designed a lot of fat wrestlers.
