I recently saw a post from grommr a young man about 10 years older than me but only about 100lbs heavier dealing with kidney stones this makes me beg the question of if there are foods out there that if balanced in your diet can aid in avoiding serious health problems such as diabetes , kidney stones , strokes, heart attacks , etc. I wish for a long life with my partner but we both plan to intentionally gain weight how can we achieve our goals without putting our health in serious danger?
