Skaneateles NY, which also seems to be lacking in the fatty variety.
I had very little luck finding some chicks with meat on their bones that live close to even Syracuse. Though the thought of finding a really thin lady who wants to be plumper does make me think of the possibilities. All the clothes to have her grow/pop out of etc. :3
Kinda ironic since I know of at least one buffet near by.
