i always get turn on when i hear my belly sloshing inside but this is very hard to happen, i mean, everytime i get bloated or eat a lot my i cant even hear my stomach, so im looking for a recipe to test it and check it out.
1. If you are lactose intolerant use milk if you want to hear gurgling 2. Don't actually fill your belly to the brim, you would want an air bubble in your stomach if you want to hear your tummy sloshing. My guess is that the stomach works like a water bottle when it is full it will make no sound, but if it's half full or air is still inside the bottle it will make the sloshi slosh 3. You can also eat lots of fiber bars that will make you gurgly but also gassy
