Is it quicker to stuff/binge or just to eat a really unhealthy/fattening diet?

I do both. I stuff with fast food and junk food daily. It has done wonders for my waistline.

Through experience, I would say eating junk food on a consistent basis would work best. I felt dizzy and horrible when stuffing my face until ballooning point and discouraged me from gaining as I wished to do. Eating in patterns will also keep your relationship with food in better shape too.

When I was thin I would not touch junk food because I was afraid to gain weight but after I decided to become fat I started to eat it and became a fan of it it does help you gain also Ice cream helps
