Doesn't sound like much, but I'm proud of it. A little over a year ago the number was far too low, almost underweight.

I think I'd like to get heavier.

My feedee: 5'7", 34.5 BMI (Class 1 obesity ends at 34.9)

according to that site posted here before it is 93... oops

Mine was 43 until I got too heavy for our scale

17.7 way to small but it was 12.0 two weeks ago

That's not embarrassing but a great result.

I bet it is a lot of fat, it’s almost *double* the BMI level for “obese”!

Apparently I'm a plump 44 bmi today. I've actually been cutting back so it just makes me wonder what it was a few months ago
