Hi.

You just tell the person that your weight is not open for discussion. Period. If they refuse to respect your wishes, after a warning, you leave. That won't work if you live with the person, such as parents or a spouse. But you can walk away.

Tell them you'll listen to one lecture if they promise to let the subject go after that. And tell them you won't accept nagging or abusive comments. If that doesn't stop them, leave.
