Gaining

Had my first 4500+ calorie day in a while, woke up starving the next morning?

I'll still really skinny, so I decided to get back into gaining. Yesterday I had a bunch of heavy cream shakes throughout the day, in addition to high caloric meals. I had another heavy cream shake right before bed.

This morning when I woke up, I was absolutely starving. I haven't felt this hungry in the morning in a long time. Any idea why?

If you had a lot of carbs that cause insulin spikes and when the blood sugar drop low... tadaaa you're ravenous smiley

I've also found that I feel hungry throughout the day, even though I'm physically full. 🤔

Be wary of the carbs, yes they are absorbing fast and makes you even more hungry after a short delay but they destroy your health in the long run. Eat more fat and just enough carbs to boost the fattening process. Fat is less dangerous then the carbs and have more calories. Combine them for the ultimate results but in favour of the fat

What is considered "in the long run?" Weeks? Months? Years?

Also, why eat carbs at all? How do they help boost the fattening process?

Months and yearscare in the long run.
Fat + Carbs is the ultimate fattening recipe because your body will first start working the carbs and almost the while fat is going to be stored directly and the excess carbs will be stored as fat too

Ok I'm starting to get concerned.

For 3 days I've had a shake (cup of ice cream + cup of heavy cream = ~1300 calories) with lactaid after ever meal. Despite being absolutely to the brim after every shake, I've found myself insanely hungry just a few hours later.

Yesterday, I decided to eat normally again, but I've never been hungrier in my life. I ended up eating 4 normal meals (not junk food) throughout the day and still woke up in the middle of the night starving.

What is going on? Did I stretch my stomach? Does leptin resistance happen this quickly? I used the shakes to try to be a temporary solution to gain a bit of weight to try it out, but with this level of hunger I'm just going to get fat without trying.
