This isn't the answer you want to hear, but I'm a former pharmacist and can tell you that there are no creams, etc. that have been proven in high-quality clinical trials to prevent or treat stretch marks. I'm in the same boat as you in that I never wanted stretch marks, but I got them all over my belly and now just have to live with it. It's part of being into this fetish.
