I've made great gaining progress over the last couple years. I have filled out nicely gaining about 35 lbs with the help of protein shakes, full fat dairy and some light weight lifting. I've been eating a lot and I love the feeling of stuffing myself even bigger, but I've hit a plateau.
I'm stuck at 185 right now largely because when I eat excessively I'm prone to bouts of heartburn, acid reflux and indegestion. High fat and high calorie items eaten quickly are the main culprit. Sometimes the stomach discomfort outweighs any sexual satisfaction, which can be discouraging.
Anyone have advise for gaining with acid reflux? Are there tips, tricks, or certain food items that might make gaining easier? Thanks for any input!

I kinda have the same issues. Mine is often linked to stress as well. When I have something bad or annoying taking place it gets worse. I mean I would be stating the obvious here but I take either antacid tablets or over the counter pills. Too many tablets isn’t good tho cause they are high in calcium and can become addicting, the extra calcium can cause kidney stones too. But yea, something like Prilosec works for me. You take it for a month and then usually don’t need to for a good few months.
