The most success I've had with gaining is with heavy cream, but I have roommates so I can't make heavy cream shakes often without them noticing.

Another option is ordering my Starbucks drinks with heavy cream, but I'm embarrassed at getting recognized (either by friends or by the baristas) if I go to the same store and ordering a 2000+ calorie drink every morning.

Any advice?

How do you figure starbucks coffee with heavy cream is 2000+ calories? Also, I have heard starbucks doesn't have heavy cream?

Most people can gain without special tell-tale foods. Whenever you are away from your roommates, just eat candy bars and other junk.

I just order a venti milk, substituted with heavy cream, with 10 pumps of mocha syrup.

I've only done it online order, and I rush in grab it and leave asap.

I never do it at a local store where I might bump into someone I know.

Another thing I've done is get a venti iced mocha with no ice subbed with heavy cream. It probably has less heavy cream than the straight milk, but I think it's marginally less obvious what I'm doing.

That heavy cream from Starbucks doesn't sound like a bad idea, and is only $3 and change at my local store which is cheaper than getting a pint from the grocery.
