Fat experiences

I stopped checking every day because of that.

I limit how often I check as it can be too discouraging. I usually just check once every two weeks to a month. You're honestly not going to notice any difference checking more frequently than that.

I actually prefer taking my measurements to weighing in.
Don't even own a scale so it's usually a big surprise for me when I do get weighed. Usually at a doctor's apt. or something.

Same here...I use a tailor's measuring tape and check my belly first thing in the morning.

Once a week and I plot it on a graph along with belly measurement. Just had to buy a new 79" tape though as my 60" one was too short!
