Soy products contain estrogen and can lead to bigger moobs, lots of dairy products also.

I knew one male feedee who would be hooked up to a breast pump by his feeder, eventually it caused him to start lactating and his moobs became enormous, though that route isn't for everyone of course

Aromatase is located in fat cells. Aromatase converts testosterone into estrogen. The more fat you have, the more estrogen you have. This is why obese men often battle gynecomastia.

If you really want to get extreme about it, you can easily purchase straight estrogen pills, estradiol at any online overseas pharmacy without a prescription. He'll have some nice man boobs in a week.
