On a budget is going to seriously limit you.
You actually have to eat more to gain weight and that takes money.
Just thinking about it is telling me you aren't sure what you want to do.
If you go into this with a halfhearted attitude you don't have the fortitude to actually commit do doing it.

I was just being honest and you did ask the question to begin with.
You didn't like my comment because it wasn't what you wanted to hear so you took it to be discouraging when it wasn't meant to be.

There is plenty of info on heavy cream and its usage and I am sure you have already read all that so me reiterating on that subject isn't going to be helpful.
