I've never been fat, but I'm also not very active. I'm taking this to a whole new level during this quarantine. I'm snacking more, spend half the day in bed, and the only "exercise" I get every day is 300 steps to the kitchen and the computer.
So far in the last month I haven't gained more than a pound or two, but I'm definitely getting softer everywhere. Places on my body that were never pinchable before are suddenly pinchable, and even if I flex things that used to be hard are soft. The idea of losing what little muscle I had before is a huge turn on.
Anyone else excited by the opportunity to lose muscle?
