Gaining

How much does the average gainer gain in 6 months? I managed to gain 12lbs in 6 months. Is that a lot or a little for a gainer? I feel like it's not much and that I'm not really gaining. I started out under weight. Now a normal weight. For my height.

He asked for average weight gain for gainers. I wouldn't say 80 in 6 months is average. Acting like it is is just going to make him feel worse about his gains. That much that fast, if it actually happened, would cause health problems it would pile on so quickly. 12 is a bit on the low end but still good. Enjoy the progress you've made! Maybe aim for 20 more lbs in the next 6 months.

It's tough to say. I know my gain has not been consistent. I gain with heavy whipping cream, and I had a lot of difficulty with it because I was drinking too much at a time. I would get nauseous, and sometimes I couldn't keep it in. It was incredibly frustrating, and I did give up on more than one occasion.

I've worked out the kinks, and am now able to consistently gain on heavy whipping cream. I do drink a lot of it, and I'm gaining weight quickly. I highly doubt my current rate of gain is average.
