To gain or not to gain

It seems you need to get some loose fitting comfortable clothing, a size too big, that you can grow into. You obviously want to gain further from what you have said. You will probably get comments but don't let that trouble you. Just enjoy yourself.

To gain or not to gain

I'm in a situation where I started bodybuilding last year. While "bulking up" I gained over 20lbs of both muscle and a belly combo. I love both, the hard and soft mix. I like feeling BIG. I was going to trim down a touch for the summer, but hubby said he really likes the belly and extra weight.

I asked, only half jokingly, if he'd like me 20lbs heavier. (My highest ever in my life is 15lbs bigger than now.) He said yes. I asked if he'd even want to *help* me pack on more pounds.

He said yes. :O

I'm really excited and a touch nervous, which makes me excited again. LOL! I'm short, 5'4" (and 46 yrs old), and recently went from 140-162. My highest was 177 years ago. The thought of 200lbs on me makes me... *very* excited. But I've never been that big before. Something to daydream about...?

To gain or not to gain

CourtneyS:
Im 5'1" and not very muscular so mine is all around my belly. I really want to put on more but am also very nervous of things getting out of control. Is fat and gaining controllable or is it more like an addiction if you let it go on too long? Maybe 20 more to see?[/quote]

Gosh, you're young! LOL! #oldmanhere I think if we both tried 20lbs more, you'd have more of a chance of turning back if you wanted to? I'm not a fast gainer, usually, and definitely a feedee when we get a chance to "play" without the kids around. smiley

I think that women look absolutely lovely with or without a strong muscle base when there's a really nice belly and lots of curves.

As for addiction, it might depend on whether or not you have an addictive personality? I think it might also depend on how quickly you gain. I'm pretty confident that I could stop when I'm happy, as I have before. With hubby on board now, well, that's a new factor for me. :O So exciting! Kiiiind of nervous. Haha!

Which brings me to the same point as you... Maybe 20 more, just to see?

To gain or not to gain

I've wanted to be fat ever since I was a teenager. I had a fast metabolism and just couldn't gain weight when I was younger. I was finally able to start gaining at 37 years of age with the help of heavy whipping cream.

Even if I had been able to gain weight when I was younger, I don't think I would have had the courage to. I was much too worried about what other people would say.

I finally took the plunge once I concluded that being fat was more important to me than the approval of other people.

Now that I am fat, it's actually much easier to live with than I thought. Nobody cares. People rarely even mention my weight. It's not a big deal at all. Even when some friends have brought up my weight gain, it's typically mentioned only once or twice, and that's it. They get over it.

As for making it work, I just needed to get a sedentary office job that pays enough to support my weight gain. Thanks to the heavy whipping cream, gaining is affordable. I think the biggest expense is clothing, but you can try thrift shops to keep those costs down.

As for whether or not gaining weight is an addiction, I think that depends on the person. If you gain 20 pounds and can't stop, you might be addicted.

Dr. Feeder once recommended trying a 12% gain and then seeing how you feel about it. The only way to really know for sure is to gain and see if you still like it.
