I was at one point. Not anorexic but obsessed with being thin. I know that it sounds strange but don’t try to intervene or push her to change her ways. Instead, let her know from time to time that it’s okay to indulge a little. If she has a slice of cake for instance don’t push her to take another slice but instead start conversation about how good it tastes. Also, try to cook with her more too and try new recipes she enjoys. Make it a fun activity. Also let her know that you don’t care what size she and that you love her body no matter what size she is. I can’t garuntee that this will work but If it doesn’t that’s okay too. Your goal is to assure her that she is free to make her own choices and that you love her at any size.
