Gaining

I get plenty of dairy, but would fast food help?

Have been stuck at just under 270 for a while now, and I started drinking 4 imperial pints (2.28 litres) of full fat milk a day almost a week ago.

I think it's started to help, but there hasn't been enough time to tell yet.

My main question is however, would greasy fast food help, and which would you recommend?

The fact I live in the U.K, and in a fairly small town restricts this choice to McDonalds, KFC, or Greggs Bakery.

I'm sure the fast food would help but you need to be eating your normal diet as well. The milk and fast food needs to be on top of that.

It's also far more expensive (£1.40 for 300 ml, compared to £1.50 for 2280 ml), a struggle to drink, and I just don't like the flavour, having tried the whole 1 pint of 50% double cream, 50% whole milk for two weeks.
