WOW! I never have consumed that many calories in one day. Most that I have done is 6500. And I don't know how many grams of fat I consume a day but I am curious.🤔

I think he meant that was how much he consumed in a week, lol. That much in a day sounds impossible.

I really average about 4800 per day f I did it for a week that would be 33,600 calories
